# Ghost Chilli Honey Glazed Salmon

## Ingredients

-   4 salmon fillets
-   3 tbsp [Roasted Ghost Chilli Honey](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/roasted-ghost-chilli-honey)
-   2 tbsp soy sauce
-   1 tbsp lime juice
-   2 cloves garlic, minced
-   1 tbsp olive oil
-   Salt and pepper to taste
-   Sliced green onions for garnish

## Instructions

1.  **Marinate the Salmon:** In a small bowl, whisk together the [Roasted Ghost Chilli Honey](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/roasted-ghost-chilli-honey), soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
2.  **Preheat the Oven:** Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
3.  **Bake the Salmon:** Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
4.  **Garnish and Serve:** Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with your favourite sides.
