# Thai Basil Shrimp Pasta

## Ingredients

-   400g shrimp, peeled and deveined
-   3 tbsp [Umami Thai Chilli Basil Sauce](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/umami-thai-chilli-basil)
-   1 tbsp olive oil
-   1 tbsp soy sauce
-   1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-   1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
-   200g spaghetti
-   Fresh Thai basil leaves, for garnish

## Instructions

1.  **Cook Pasta:** Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2.  **Cook Shrimp:** In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3.  **Add Vegetables:** In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes and bell peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
4.  **Combine:** Return shrimp to the skillet. Add [Umami Thai Chilli Basil Sauce](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/umami-thai-chilli-basil) and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Toss in cooked spaghetti until well coated.
5.  **Serve:** Garnish with fresh Thai basil leaves and serve hot.
