# Vegan - Thai Chilli Basil Pasta

## Ingredients

-   200g penne or spaghetti (ensure it’s Jain)
-   1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), chopped
-   1 cup baby spinach
-   1/2 cup cooked green beans

-   2 tbsp olive oil
-   1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts (for garnish)
-   Salt to taste

## Instructions

1.  **Cook Pasta:** Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2.  **Prepare Vegetables:** In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add bell peppers and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in green beans and baby spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.
