# Kung Pao Tofu and Pineapple Skewers

## Ingredients

-   400g firm tofu, cubed
-   1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
-   3 tbsp [Vintage Kung Pao Sauce](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/vintage-kung-pao-sauce)
-   1 tbsp soy sauce
-   1 tbsp maple syrup
-   1 tbsp sesame oil
-   1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
-   1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
-   Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
-   2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
-   2 tbsp chopped fresh mint

## Instructions

1.  **Marinate Tofu:** In a bowl, combine [Vintage Kung Pao Sauce](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/vintage-kung-pao-sauce), soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil. Add tofu cubes and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2.  **Prepare Skewers:** Thread tofu, pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper onto soaked wooden skewers.
3.  **Grill Skewers:** Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until tofu is golden and vegetables are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
4.  **Garnish:** Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil and mint.
5.  **Serve:** Serve immediately.
