# Spicy Roasted Carrots

## Ingredients

-   1 lb (450 g) baby carrots
-   4 tbsp [Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/red-hot-batch-verde-chilli-olio-italiano)
-   1 tsp smoked paprika
-   1 tsp cumin powder
-   Salt and pepper to taste
-   Fresh parsley for garnish

## Instructions

1.  **Preheat the Oven:** Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.  **Prepare the Carrots:** In a large bowl, toss the baby carrots with [Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/red-hot-batch-verde-chilli-olio-italiano), smoked paprika, cumin powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3.  **Roast the Carrots:** Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelised, stirring halfway through.
4.  **Garnish and Serve:** Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm as a side dish.
