# Verde Avocado Sushi Bowls

## Ingredients

-   2 cups cooked sushi rice
-   3 tbsp rice vinegar
-   2 tbsp [Verde Chilli Olio Italiano](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/verde-chilli-olio-italiano)
-   1 avocado, sliced
-   1 cucumber, julienned
-   1 carrot, julienned
-   1/2 cup edamame beans
-   2 sheets nori, cut into strips
-   1 tbsp sesame seeds
-   Soy sauce, for serving

## Instructions

1.  **Prepare Rice:** Mix cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar and let it cool to room temperature.
2.  **Assemble Bowls:** Divide sushi rice into bowls. Drizzle [Verde Chilli Olio Italiano](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/verde-chilli-olio-italiano) over the rice. Arrange avocado slices, cucumber, carrot, edamame, and nori strips on top of the rice.
3.  **Garnish and Serve:** Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce on the side.
