# Black Pepper Paneer Skewers

## Ingredients

-   200g paneer, cubed
-   3 tbsp [Dark Roast Black Pepper Sauce](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/dark-roast-black-pepper-sauce)
-   1 tbsp soy sauce
-   1 tbsp olive oil
-   1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
-   1 red onion, cut into chunks
-   Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
-   Fresh cilantro, for garnish

## Instructions

1.  **Marinate Paneer:** In a bowl, mix [Dark Roast Black Pepper Sauce](https://smallbatch.co.in/products/dark-roast-black-pepper-sauce), soy sauce, and olive oil. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
2.  **Prepare Skewers:** Thread paneer, bell pepper, and onion onto wooden skewers.
3.  **Grill Skewers:** Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until paneer is golden and vegetables are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
4.  **Serve:** Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
