What is the sugar content in the oil ? It's mentioned palm sugar but no percentage. My father is diabetic. For a diabetic they should be okay with 2-3% sugar in cooking oils and sauces. Please get back to me

Its good but the mustard did not seem as fresh and tangy. Not sure if it had stayed too long in the bottle but the mixture was a a bit brown and runny
