Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp Roasted Ghost Chilli Honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Salmon: In a small bowl, whisk together the Roasted Ghost Chilli Honey, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with your favourite sides.
