These Schezwan Chicken Sliders bring bold, spicy flavour to your plate with juicy chicken patties and our signature Three Chillies Picante Schezwan Sauce, a perfect quick snack or party slider for lovers of Asian-inspired recipes.
Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 4 tbsp SmallBatch Three Chillies Picante Schezwan Sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 mini slider buns
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
- Sliced pickles, for serving
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, 2 tbsp Three Chillies Picante Schezwan Sauce, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 8 small patties
- Cook Patties: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken sliders for 4–5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with the remaining 2 tbsp Three Chillies Picante Schezwan Sauce and lime juice to create a spicy mayo with Schezwan sauce.
- Assemble Sliders: Toast the slider buns. Spread the Schezwan mayo on each bun, and place a lettuce leaf, a chicken patty, and a few pickle slices to build your Asian-inspired burgers.
- Serve: Serve the sliders hot as an easy party snack idea or a flavourful meal.
