Schezwan Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 4 tbsp Three Chillies Picante Schezwan Sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 mini slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving
  • Sliced pickles, for serving
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, 2 tbsp Three Chillies Picante Schezwan Sauce, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 8 small patties.
  2. Cook Patties: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with the remaining 2 tbsp Three Chillies Picante Schezwan Sauce and lime juice.
  4. Assemble Sliders: Toast the slider buns. Spread the Schezwan mayo on each bun, and place a lettuce leaf, a chicken patty, and a few pickle slices.
  5. Serve: Serve the sliders hot as a delicious and spicy snack or meal.
