Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp with 2 tablespoons of Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Grill the Shrimp: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the Toppings: In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced avocado, red onion, and cilantro. Toss with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Assemble the Tacos: Warm the tortillas on the grill or a skillet. Place a few grilled shrimp on each tortilla, then top with the cabbage and avocado mixture.
  5. Serve: Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top. Enjoy a fresh and flavorful meal.
