Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 small tortillas
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp with 2 tablespoons of Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Grill the Shrimp: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Toppings: In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced avocado, red onion, and cilantro. Toss with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the Tacos: Warm the tortillas on the grill or a skillet. Place a few grilled shrimp on each tortilla, then top with the cabbage and avocado mixture.
- Serve: Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top. Enjoy a fresh and flavorful meal.
