Spicy Seafood Surprise

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, squid, etc.)
  • 1/3 cup Red Hot | Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add bell pepper and onion to the skillet, and cook until slightly softened about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add mixed seafood to the skillet, and cook until it starts to turn opaque, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in Red Hot | Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the seafood is fully cooked.
  5. Serve the spicy seafood over cooked rice or noodles.
