Ingredients
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, squid, etc.)
- 1/3 cup Red Hot | Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add bell pepper and onion to the skillet, and cook until slightly softened about 3-4 minutes.
- Add mixed seafood to the skillet, and cook until it starts to turn opaque, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in Red Hot | Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the seafood is fully cooked.
- Serve the spicy seafood over cooked rice or noodles.
