Ingredients
- 400g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp Umami Thai Chilli Basil Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 200g spaghetti
- Fresh Thai basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add Vegetables: In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes and bell peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Combine: Return shrimp to the skillet. Add Umami Thai Chilli Basil Sauce and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Toss in cooked spaghetti until well coated.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh Thai basil leaves and serve hot.
