Thai Basil Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • 400g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp Umami Thai Chilli Basil Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 200g spaghetti
  • Fresh Thai basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add Vegetables: In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes and bell peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Combine: Return shrimp to the skillet. Add Umami Thai Chilli Basil Sauce and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Toss in cooked spaghetti until well coated.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh Thai basil leaves and serve hot.
