Cabbage Steak with Red Hot | Bean Infused Crispy Chilli Oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices to create "steaks." Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Red Hot | Bean Infused Crispy Chilli Oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the cabbage steaks.
  4. Bake the cabbage steaks in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
