Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage (any kind)
- 2 tablespoons of Red Hot | Bean Infused Crispy Chilli Oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices to create "steaks." Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the Red Hot | Bean Infused Crispy Chilli Oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the cabbage steaks.
- Bake the cabbage steaks in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
