Ingredients
- 400g firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 3 tbsp Vintage Kung Pao Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
Instructions
- Marinate Tofu: In a bowl, combine Vintage Kung Pao Sauce, soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil. Add tofu cubes and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare Skewers: Thread tofu, pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill Skewers: Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until tofu is golden and vegetables are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil and mint.
- Serve: Serve immediately.
