Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) baby carrots
- 4 tbsp Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Carrots: In a large bowl, toss the baby carrots with Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano, smoked paprika, cumin powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Roast the Carrots: Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelised, stirring halfway through.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm as a side dish.
