Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the Schezwan sauce over the roasted Brussels sprouts.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
