  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle the Schezwan sauce over the roasted Brussels sprouts.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
