Verde Avocado Sushi Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Verde Chilli Olio Italiano
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup edamame beans
  • 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare Rice: Mix cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Assemble Bowls: Divide sushi rice into bowls. Drizzle Verde Chilli Olio Italiano over the rice. Arrange avocado slices, cucumber, carrot, edamame, and nori strips on top of the rice.
  3. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce on the side.
