Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Verde Chilli Olio Italiano
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup edamame beans
- 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Soy sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare Rice: Mix cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar and let it cool to room temperature.
- Assemble Bowls: Divide sushi rice into bowls. Drizzle Verde Chilli Olio Italiano over the rice. Arrange avocado slices, cucumber, carrot, edamame, and nori strips on top of the rice.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce on the side.
