Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Ghost Chilli Honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Carrots: In a large bowl, toss the baby carrots with olive oil, Roasted Ghost Chilli Honey, smoked paprika, cumin powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Roast the Carrots: Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelised, stirring halfway through.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm as a side dish.
