These Hot Schezwan Pizza Cones are a spicy twist on classic pizza, using our bold and flavourful Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce. Perfect for party snacks or quick bites, they’re a fusion of street-style Schezwan flavour and easy-to-eat pizza cones.
Ingredients
- 4 pizza cones
- 1/4 cup SmallBatch Red Hot Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Place the pizza cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce into each cone.
- Fill with mozzarella, then top with bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, and tomatoes.
- Drizzle more Schezwan sauce over the veggies.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool slightly, then garnish with fresh basil.
