Hot Schezwan Pizza Cones

Ingredients

  • 4 pizza cones
  • 1/4 cup Red Hot | Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the pizza cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of Red Hot | Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce into each cone and spread it around the inside.
  4. Fill each cone with shredded mozzarella cheese and then top with sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle a little more Red Hot | Three Chilli Picante Schezwan Sauce on top of the veggies.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
