Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Bean Infused Crispy Chilli Oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate Paneer: In a bowl, mix Bean Infused Crispy Chilli Oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook Paneer: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add marinated paneer and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Assemble Tacos: Warm the taco shells. Fill each shell with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cooked paneer.
  4. Garnish: Top with chopped red onion and fresh cilantro.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
