Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 2 tbsp Bean Infused Crispy Chilli Oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 small taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Marinate Paneer: In a bowl, mix Bean Infused Crispy Chilli Oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Cook Paneer: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add marinated paneer and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Assemble Tacos: Warm the taco shells. Fill each shell with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cooked paneer.
- Garnish: Top with chopped red onion and fresh cilantro.
- Serve: Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
