Ingredients
- 200 gm spaghetti
- 4-5 tbsp Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and black olives, cooking until the tomatoes begin to soften.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine.
- Drizzle Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano over the pasta and mix well.
- Add capers and chopped basil, stirring to incorporate.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
