Ingredients

  • 200 gm spaghetti
  • 4-5 tbsp Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cherry tomatoes and black olives, cooking until the tomatoes begin to soften.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Drizzle Red Hot | Verde Chilli Olio Italiano over the pasta and mix well.
  7. Add capers and chopped basil, stirring to incorporate.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
