The Japanese rely on Furikake not merely as a seasoning, but as a sacred ritual of texture: a delicate, umami-rich crackle for the top of a rice bowl. We took that centuries-old tradition and subjected it to intense, chef-driven obsession. Toasted white and black sesame seeds and crispy, airy beaten rice act as the ultimate textural anvil. Into this crunchy matrix, we fold dark ocean ribbons of nori (seaweed) and a mellow, citrus-spiced crescendo of orange peel, with a genuine Japanese Sansho pepper that leaves an electric tingling on the palate.
It drops onto a bowl of steaming rice or seared fish, almost eerily similar to that of a subterranean ramen bar in Ginza.
What's Inside
Roasted white sesame seeds, beaten rice, nori flakes, roasted black sesame seeds, powdered sugar (10.1%), red chilli flakes, orange peel, Japanese pepper (sansho), nutritional yeast, iodised salt (3.0%), white pepper powder

Dairy products, artificial preservatives, synthetic colours, artificial flavourings
- Sprinkle over sunny-side-up eggs, soft-boiled ramen eggs, or avocado toast
