This isn’t a mild mustard, but a mustard made the right way.

We stone-grind black and yellow mustard seeds with amba halad (mango ginger), local yellow chillies, and mustard oil. Then we let time do its work. The result is a sharp, earthy, Indian mustard- punchy with heat, electric with aroma, and alive.

No artificial sweeteners. No stabilisers. Just a lot of depth, and flavour.

Mustard, as it was meant to be: raw, rare, and intense.

I filled up a similar form. I don't know why I am getting this message. But as I mentioned earlier too, the Mustard sauce did not have the same punch as mustard has. It was more towards a sweet and tangy taste. Frankly not what I assumed when the description said punch of mustard.
