It begins with 80% hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes- grown in volcanic soil, ripened under the southern Italian sun, and known for their natural sweetness, low acidity, and intensely meaty texture.
We cook them slowly, the way a chef would, just before they’re ready to be plated: with olive oil, garlic, a hint of natural vinegar, and deep, dark jaggery instead of sugar.
No powders. No pastes. Just real ingredients with names you’d actually recognise.
