Ingredients
- 500g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 cup Roasted Peanut Pad Thai Sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Meatballs: In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, and ginger powder. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Cook Meatballs: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through about 10-12 minutes.
- Add Sauce: Pour Roasted Peanut Pad Thai Sauce over the meatballs and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
