Black Pepper Paneer Skewers

Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 3 tbsp Dark Roast Black Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate Paneer: In a bowl, mix Dark Roast Black Pepper Sauce, soy sauce, and olive oil. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare Skewers: Thread paneer, bell pepper, and onion onto wooden skewers.
  3. Grill Skewers: Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until paneer is golden and vegetables are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
