Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 3 tbsp Dark Roast Black Pepper Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate Paneer: In a bowl, mix Dark Roast Black Pepper Sauce, soy sauce, and olive oil. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Prepare Skewers: Thread paneer, bell pepper, and onion onto wooden skewers.
- Grill Skewers: Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until paneer is golden and vegetables are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
